Blast your way from the iconic London Eye Pier for 50 minutes that will stay with you forever. Hear the 630 horsepower engines rev up Rocket style and whoop as you whoosh up to speeds of 30 knots (35mph!). We’ll twist and turn you through the docklands with a bespoke medley of thrilling classics pumping through our cutting edge on board sound system. Saturday – 1000-1600

Summer Period March – October Monday to Sunday up to 6pm

Monday to Sunday 1000-1800 every hour

Please note: When we receive your order, this means we have acknowledged your request and you will be sent a separate ticket by email with your confirmed time slot and reservation number. Please ensure that you take this reservation number and ticket with you to the venue, as admittance will only be permitted with this ticket.

Please take your voucher/confirmation to the ticket office for entrance to The Ultimate London Adventure.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to exchange your vouchers.

Meeting point: Boarding Gate One, London Eye Millennium Pier, London SE1 7PB, at least 15 minutes before your departure time and look for LRV staff.

The Waterloo Millennium Pier is directly underneath and part of the London Eye. If you are looking at the London Eye to your right there is a ramp leading down to the pier. Above the ramp there is a sign saying ‘Discover London by the River’. Please do not wait at the boats ticket booth. Follow the pier down to Boarding Gate 1.

On all of our Thames river experiences we demonstrate a clear and unswerving commitment to safety – your safety and comfort are paramount. We are the largest speedboat operator of RIB voyages in the UK and being the original provider of such experiences have set the industry standard others are now expected to follow. Should you require copies of our Insurance, we will be happy to e-mail this to you in advance of your booking. If you require risk assessments or Domestic Safety Management Codes then these are available to view, upon written request. We work closely with the Maritime Accident Investigation Bureau to bring in new safety codes, modes of operation and analyse how the industry can be safely improved to achieve a balance between commercial considerations and reducing risk as low as reasonably practical. Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for expectant mothers at any stage during their pregnancy. Our experiences are also not recommended for anybody with a past or current back, neck or heart condition due to the unpredictable nature of the Thames. Please understand we are not medical experts and cannot offer guidance on individual cases, our automatic advice would be if you have concerns please do not participate for your own comfort and welfare.

• Face Coverings are not mandatory, passengers welcome to bring their own
• London Eye Pier access for River ticket holders only
• London Eye Pier operates a strict one-way system
• Contactless check in – so please have your Booking reference ready upon arrival
• Passenger groups distanced for outdoor kit up
• Mandatory hand sanitising stations (pre-boarding)
• Pier-side handrails cleaned between each sailing
• Lifejackets sanitised after each wear/use
• Enhanced cleaning on board in between each departure
• Vessels operated at capacity guidance
• Passengers sit in pairs forward facing, side by side. Different booking parties will never be paired together
• Pier operator reserves the right to temperature check any guests upon arrival

Disabled information 

It is easy for less mobile customers to travel with us and we aim to include everyone. London RIB Voyages vessels have been designed to make access as straight forward as possible. Each vessel has a boarding platform at the bow, which is the same height as the London Eye pier. There is also a boarding handrail to provide support if required.
